PoMoLoT – Potentials of Sustainable and Intelligent Mobility and Logistics in Thuringia

Commissioned by the State Government of the Free State of Thuringia, Thuringia’s logistics region and sector were analyzed and characterized, and development potentials and associated proposed measures were derived. Key components of the work included a company and expert survey, a status quo analysis, benchmarking, constellation analysis, and SWOT analysis. Based on this, a detailed action plan was developed.
