UNO Business Park (180 ha), Nohra commercial and industrial area (21 ha), support for the municipality as external project manager/administrative agent in all matters of municipal economic development—from land-use planning, land securing, financing, acquisition and management of funding, project management of phased development, land marketing and investor settlement, budget management, through to refinancing via contributions and final accounting, and further land marketing.
